Monthly tuition, paid in full via cash, check, or Credit Card guarantees your lesson time.
Tuition will be prorated if you start with us mid month.
Autodraft via major Credit Card is our preferred payment method for private music lessons .

Tuition will be paid via draft at the first of every month for that month.
Partial Payments for lessons are not accepted unless a written 2 week notice of student withdrawal is received.
Withdrawing students with a balance are handled on a case by case basis.
Our instructors have the right to refuse one-on-one instruction to any student who arrives at their in-person lesson sick with no credit or makeup lesson offered. Please plan to use online options for sick students.
We do not credit or refund for student missed lessons for any reason. We highly encourage contacting us for online learning options at your regular time if in-person lessons are not an option for you on a particular day.
Make up lessons for student missed lessons are not guaranteed.
Any make-up session offered by the instructor is based on the instructors available schedule. Please don't be disappointed if they don't have availability on their schedule for a makeup lesson.
Same day cancellations/no call/no show are not eligible for a makeup lesson.
If your instructor needs to cancel their lesson, a suitable substitute teacher may be offered if there is a planned instructor absence.
The instructor may offer a makeup lesson to you either online or in person.
If the makeup lesson cannot be completed in a reasonable time via online or in-person, you will get a credit off your next month's tuition.
Due to limited seating in the waiting area, please drop off your student no more than 10 minutes before their lesson time. Please pick up your student promptly after their lesson is complete.
As time goes on, your "perfect lesson day" may change. Once enrolled, you can request a change of your regular appointment time without penalty. We will update you regarding openings based on the instructors available schedule.
Once your appointment has been changed, your old time slot immediately comes available for a new student to buy or for a current student to move into.
We will not "hold" a second time slot without full payment for the second time slot.

We are not affiliated with local school districts, so we do not follow their calendars.
Any studio closures will be announced on our social media sites, notes in the studio, notes home, or via email communications. We do our best to keep you informed.
