Monthly tuition, paid in full via cash, check, or Credit Card guarantees your lesson time. Please call for our current tuition rate.
At sign up, new students will be charged a deposit equal to one week of lessons. This deposit will hold your spot for the first lesson and will be applied to the monthly tuition which will be due at your first lesson. The hold cannot be carried over to another day or week once charged.
Tuition for the next month is due at the last lesson of the current month to keep your current lesson time. Email reminders are sent the week tuition is due.
Partial Payments for lessons are not accepted unless a written 2 week notice of student withdrawal is received.
Withdrawing students with a balance are handled on a case by case basis.
We do not credit or refund for student missed lessons for any reason.
Make up lessons for student missed lessons are not guaranteed.
Any make-up session offered by the instructor is based on the instructors available schedule but don't be disappointed if they don't have availability on their schedule for a makeup lesson.
Same day cancellations/no call/no show are not eligible for a makeup lesson.
Our instructors have the right to refuse one-on-one instruction to any student who arrives at their lesson sick.
Due to limited seating in the waiting area please drop off your student no more than 10 minutes before their lesson time. Please pick up your student promptly after their lesson is complete.
If your instructor needs to cancel their lesson, a suitable substitute may be offered. If a substitute cannot be offered, the instructor may offer a makeup lesson to you. If the makeup lesson cannot be completed in a reasonable time, you will get a credit off your next month's tuition.
As time goes on, your "perfect lesson day" may change. Once enrolled, you can change your regular appointment time based on the instructors available schedule at no extra charge.
Once your appointment has been changed, your old time slot immediately comes available for a new student to buy or for a current student to move into. We will not "hold" a second time slot without full payment for the second time slot.
Any studio closures will be announced on our social media sites, notices in the studio and via email communications. We do our best to keep you informed.
